INTRODUCTION
Woodley Gardens
was built in 1961 as a neighborhood pool, and has since expanded
into a popular community pool. Woodley Gardens is a private
pool and recreation club open to the community. We attract members from throughout Montgomery County.
We have a wonderful selection
of summer activities for the whole family and our pool facilities
are top-notch. With a full size pool, kiddie pool, play set,
basketball court, and plenty of lounge chairs
to go around, what more could you ask for?
We even rent out our summer facilities to our members so that you
are able to host parties and events. We also
provide many get-togethers and social events throughout the summer
so that everyone can have some fun and get to know each other better.
Our pool is adjacent to Woodley Gardens Park. The Park covers
over 37.5 acres and offers plenty to its visitors. Woodley
Gardens Park has play equipment, two softball fields, two
lighted basketball courts, four lighted tennis courts, tether and
volleyball poles, 12 picnic tables, six grills, and much more.
Our swim team,
The Waves, has over 240 children.
The Waves will compete in the MCSL C Division this summer.
